In 1994, after leasing facilities for 13 years, International Family Church bought our first church home in Winchester, Massachusetts. At that time, the Lord told Pastor Jonathan, the miracle is not in the ($1.9 million) asking price and that he should pay it. Ten years later, the miracle happened. In February 2005, IFC sold 620 Washington Street in Winchester, MA for $13 million! The miracle was not in the asking price, the miracle is in the selling price! This allowed us to pay off our mortgage on 620 Washington Street and pay cash for our new facility in North Reading, MA.

IFC now embarks on the most exciting project in our church's history! Our history is one of excellence. Continuing with that great tradition, the new home of International Family Church will enable us to have a larger impact in the Greater Boston area, New England and the parts of the world where we are called!

Buildings are a tool to serve people. Without people, brick and mortar are only monuments. Building a dream is about creating:
A Healing Place - where the sick are made whole and the broken-hearted are restored by the love of God.
An Empowering Place - where destinies are discovered and gifts are developed.
An Equipping Place - where God’s Word is taught clearly and Christianity is relevant.
A Family Place - where marriages are strong and children are taught values.
An Affirming Place - where people know your name and meaningful relationships are cultivated.
A Safe Place - where people can belong and feel secure.
A Vibrant Place - where the nations are celebrated and God’s presence is welcome.
A Fun Place - where gatherings are an event and community is enjoyed.

In February of 2006 we moved into 99 Concord Street and had our first Sunday morning service. Phase one of construction, which included the phase one 700 seat sanctuary, completion of the first level lobby, children and youth facilities and the phase one staff offices, was completed in the spring of 2006.

Future phases include the completion of the second floor cafe, bookstore and visitor's reception hall, expanded facilities for the outreach department, the third floor, the staff and executive offices on the fourth floor and an addition that will house a 1,500 seat sanctuary.
