The number one force that shapes our culture are our values. Why? Because our Core Values reveal the heart of why we do what we do and define what we are passionate about. They are what enables us all to move together in the same direction.

1. It’s all about Jesus. - Worship

We are unwavering in our belief that everything begins and ends with Jesus. Our commitment is to know Him and make Him known. - John 14:6 NLT; Revelation 22:13 NLT

3. All things are possible. - Faith

We believe in putting God-sized dreams into real-life action. We are right at home in deep uncharted waters, where prayer guides and faith sustains us. - Matthew 19:26; Hebrews 11:6

5. Healthy people grow. - Discipleship

We celebrate the processes that build healthy people and healthy ministries. We are a life-giving church that embraces change and facilitates growth. - Colossians 2:7 NLT; Colossians 1:10 NLT

7. If it’s worth doing it’s worth doing right. - Excellence

The only appropriate response to a God who gave us His best is to give him our best. Our dedication to God shows in all we do. Mediocrity is not an option. - Colossians 3:23 NLT;
1 Corinthians 15:58 NLT

9. We rely on the wisdom of the team. - Teamwork

We rely on the wisdom of teams to get the job done. Each member of a team makes a vital contribution with their different gifts and abilities.  We do everything we can to set our teams up for a win. - Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 NLT

2. Everyone is significant. - Valuing people

Wherever you’re from, whatever your age or background, you’re far from ordinary. We value everyone and believe in your potential. - Psalm 139:14 NLT; 1 John 3:2 NLT

4. Together is better. - Community

Authentic life-change happens in the context of relationship. Circles are better than rows. - Hebrews 10:24-25 NLT; Ephesians 4:16 NLT

6. Saved people serve people. - Service

Life is more fulfilling when serving others. Our focus starts with our church, extends to our community and reaches the nations. It's the natural progression of a changed life.
- Mark 16:15 NKJV; Ephesians 2:10 NLT

8. Generosity speaks. - Generosity

The time, talent and treasure God has blessed us with is to be used to bless others. Living a generous life expands our world view and motivates us to be like Jesus.
- Proverbs 11:24-25 MSG; Acts 20:35 NLT

10. We don't maintain we multiply. -
Training Leaders

There is a leader in you waiting to be trained to fulfill your God given potential so that we can make a difference in other people’s lives. We are where we are today because of the process Jesus began with the 12 disciples. - Luke 9:1-6 NIV
